THE WEATHER WE LEFT BEHIND

Friday, December 12, 2008

The severe weather warnings yesterday turned out to be just rain and gusty winds. No big deal, but it did get cooler. A second cold front was to come through last night with 25-30 mph winds, gusting to 40, but nothing happened.

This morning it is still cloudy with a little rain. And its 58 at 8:00 am, 10 degrees less than yesterday. Who's complaining? Not me!

There's just nothing else to report.

Pictures from the Homosassa State Park visit to see the manatees on Wednesday are below.

Who would have ever guessed that a manatee wore sunglasses?
