Made it to just west of LaFayette, LA - Scott, LA to be exact. We are in a KOA park (barf) but it's right off the interstate for a quick "in and out" We were here three years ago on our first trip out west and had a good time at a "local" restaurant within walking distance of the RV park. We made a repeat visit, but the location has changed to a new building. Not the same. Decent food but not nearly the atmosphere. Last fresh seafood we will get going west.
